Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, sale items, and items bought during promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Exchange Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be made to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
